Best album? no, not by a long shot. That would be On The Beach, followed by Tohight’s The Night, then Harvest, than After The Goldrush. But aye, a great album. Neil Young is magnificent.
I liked it when I first heard it but it kinda wears off quick. Although he did write and record in a like week or something, total back to basics approach.
Worth catching the film Deja Vu from a few years ago when he reunites CSNY and takes the record out on tour. The reaction from some of the rednecks is brilliant, folk saying they are going to kick his Canadian ass etc. The guy is a legend.

Wow,
How did I miss this first time around. It’s magnificent. Only been through it once though so far. Totally amazing.
Could well be his best.

I just canny get enough of Living With War.
“I’m living with war everyday
I’m living with war in my heart every day
I’m living with wat right now”
And when he sings
“Bombs bursting in air”
Acetastical.
